At Fitness 1-2-1, our certified trainers have years of hands-on expertise working with those of all athletic ability; from those stepping into a studio for the first time, to high school and collegiate athletes across multiple disciplines. By tailoring the perfect exercise routine and setting challenges and goals for each client, we will work to improve your mental focus, functional strength, speed, and agility.
With each client, we will start with an in-depth evaluation to determine areas of tightness, where a balance needs improvement, and we’ll take note of your strengths and weaknesses. By assessing each client's athletic ability, we will work to create a plan that will help you achieve your goals and perform your best in the area of sports and physical activity that you are involved with.
To maintain results and prevent injury, we’ll teach you proper stretching techniques that can be used both on and off the court or field. Our team of trainers will help take your athletic abilities to to the next level.
